Lean Management training for the H2Gremm team
The H2GREMM team recently had the opportunity to follow a training course entitled “Managing and leading your projects with Lean Sustainability”, with partner Cubik. This training was specially designed to equip us with the skills needed to optimize the management and facilitation of our projects, by adopting sustainable and efficient management principles.
During the course, we explored several crucial aspects of Lean Management. The sessions were interactive and focused on concrete business cases, enabling us to apply the concepts immediately.
Learning Sustainable Lean methods gave us a new perspective on how to manage our projects in a more agile way. We would like to thank Cubik for their expertise in helping us progress towards more responsible and efficient project management.
